Get Started

To get started with Online Banking, go to spectrumcu.org.

In the Online Banking box, enter your Member Number in the Username space and your Social Security Number in the Password space, then follow the prompts.

 

Mobile Banking


In addition to the core features, Mobile Banking also allows you to:

  • Temporarily raise or lower your ATM/debit card limit
  • Temporarily disable your ATM/debit card

 

Get Started

To get started with Mobile Banking, download the app and log in with your Online Banking credentials.

The app is available for iOS, Apple Watch, Android, and Amazon Fire operating systems.

 


 

eDeposit Checks

To skip a trip to a branch or ATM and deposit paper checks electronically, first be sure to sign the back of your check and write “For Mobile Deposit” beneath your signature.

Online Banking: Take photos of the front and back of your check, upload them to your computer, and click the eDeposit link under the Additional Services category.

Mobile Banking: Tap the Deposit Checks option in the menu.

We suggest that you keep the original check in a secure place for 90 days before you write VOID on it or deface it in any way.

 

 

Bill Payer

Why buy stamps when you can pay bills online using Bill Payer?


Spectrum’s electronic bill payment system allows you to:

  • Pay bills electronically1
  • Set up bill payments in advance of their due date
  • Arrange automatic recurring payments
  • View your payment history

Get Started 

To get started, log in to Online Banking, click the Bill Payer link, and follow the instructions for first-time users.

New Payees must be set up in Online Banking, but once a Payee is established, you can manage bill payments to them using either Online Banking or Mobile Banking.

We recommend that you pay bills using funds from your Checking account since it allows unlimited transactions without regulatory restrictions.2

 


 1 Spectrum uses a third-party bill payment vendor. Our third-party vendor does not make payments to collection agencies, government agencies, or court-ordered payments. Payments cannot be made to payees outside the United States. Payments are sent electronically; vendors who cannot accept electronic payments will receive payment by check.

 2 Federal Regulations limit pre-authorized or electronic payments, withdrawals, and outgoing transfers to six per month for savings and money market accounts.
